  Working with Heather at Kendon Leet Real Estate was an amazing experience! She was very informative, personable, and took so much of the stress out of the experience of selling our first home. We’ve moved out of the area, but would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone seeking an agent in the Rogue Valley.

  After interviewing several agents I knew that Melanie P. Was the way to go. My brother and I are investors out of Houston and had a deal we were working in Oregon that had few curve balls. Melanie was not only on top of her game but was willing to go the extra mile to learn what she needed to know to ensure the transaction went smoothly.   We met Heather at one of her listings and knew quickly she was a great fit for us. Very organized and helped us find the home of our dreams. She was not pushy and listened to what we wanted in a home. Proactive and willing to work for us! Would recommend her and Kendon Leet to anyone. A great team that met our expectations.

  My husband and I worked with Jen Chartrand with Kendon Leet Real Estate.
  She was not only patient, kind, flexible and genuine with us and always responded with answers to all our requests which were many and truly cared about us more than herself. We were treated like royalty ,during and after ,the completion of our new home purchase. We even got a visit from Jen and Valerie and Heather with a heartfelt housewarming gift that meant so much to my husband and I. If you want an office with integrity, I suggest Jen or any agent under Kendon. He even sat with us on occasion with genuine interest and a sprinkle of humor which was definitely needed while completing a real estate purchase in today's market.
