  I would highly recommend staying away from Ken Nunn Law Office. Here is a list of reasons:
  1. The People
  a. When you first come into Ken Nunn you are welcomed with open arms and smiles. My first case manager was incredibly nice and knew what she was doing. However, after that case manager left Ken Nunn, things took a turn. The second case manager, Amy was absolutely terrible. I would have to call in every 2 weeks to get updates, only to learn that nothing had been done, and they had essentially forgotten about my case. So now it seemed like it was my job to call in and remind them to work on my case. She was also rude, in fact, during a meeting she raised her voice at me when I explained my concern with how my case was being dealt with. I could understand if I was being a jerk, or getting nasty with her first, but that wasn't the case.
  b. The lawyers will get annoyed with you if you ask questions. Every time I try to ask my lawyer a question he talks over me and continues talking. They say they work for you, but it doesn't seem like they want to hear what you have to say. In fact, during our last conversation, the lawyer was audibly annoyed that I wanted to send a counter-offer to the insurance company.
  2. The Timeliness
  a. I mentioned earlier about having to call in to get them to work on my case. It's not only that, but it takes a while, even when they have information to give you. There have been a few times where I had received an offer on a Wednesday, but then not received a phone call until the following Wednesday. This is a huge waste of time.
  3. The Communication
  a. There is none. Unless you talk to someone higher up than your case manager. My case manager would never call. It took me getting yelled at in the Ken Nunn Office before I could get anyone to agree to call and give updates.
  b. They WILL submit demand letters and files to your insurance companies without your consent. At the beginning I specifically asked that everything that was being sent to insurance, or any kind of demand was shown to me first. Not only did they send a demand without my consent, Amy yelled at me for voicing concern with this. I would consider this to be the worst issue I had with Ken Nunn. Communication is key and they are failing at this.
  c. Don't bother to ask them to email you anything. I asked that I receive all of my offers via email, and they agreed. I have zero emails from them.
  
  With all of this being said, if you have a bigger case maybe your experience with Ken Nunn will be different. However, if you have a smaller case, I would highly recommend that you stay away from lawyers and deal with insurance directly. The 40% plus expenses they take will eat away at anything you get.

  Very Highly recommend to my wife and I. And in just the few times I've been in contact with them, thusfar, I have amply satisied my conviction in my abilty to convey to the public that Ken Nunn Law Office is my FIRST choice in all 'future' legal assistance i should happen to need as it pertains to personal injury.

  This law firm is a joke. They have held my case was my attorney for over 6 months and they send me a email today stating that they will no longer be representing me because the insurance company of the company that is representing the company that I fell with is denying fault. I don't understand their train of thought when they are always saying that they fight for you... Their client... I have had two surgeries since June of last year and am just now being released from therapy and able to return to work. There philosophy is that they don't want to file a lawsuit which is crazy because no-one is just gonna readily hand over monies owed to anyone if you ain't willing to see the case through and fight for your clients rights what kind of no good attorney can you be. You want to take a case that is easy and quick... Please don't retain this guy if you are really in a legal fight he's scared of the work that it takes and my case has all of the proof that this store was soooo negligent in soooooo many ways!!! This is over six months lost and I have had to be put under twice just to get on the right track. Where is the work ethic...is the question that I asked yesterday and after the owners response I decided to call them to get a better understanding of their reasoning but all I could seem to get was a ton of excuses and much more frustrated. They didn't even know what had been sent to them. They did not have any if these things in my file nor did they seem to have listened to the deposition that the adjuster for the insurance company had taken because they seemed to be very confused about so many things that I had explained to them about my case that quite simply would have mad their jobs soooo much easier. Instead of looking in the information that had been sent they seemed to be more concerned with the fact that I had written this review on Google that they were 100 % not happy with. I explained to him that their whole process was flawed and their head attorney Dan is soooo rude disrespectful and out of touch with what is going on with the clients that they represent. Once again we discussed the fact that I have much evidence disputing their claims and reinforcing their liability. His response was well then you shouldn't have a problem finding an attorney... My response I'm not begging you to represent me I'm already speaking with someone else about this. I was just giving your firm a chance to live up to the claims you make and to help keep understand your reasoning. Y'all got all these commercials about fighting for your clients but you only seem to take no controversial cases and the truth is they don't fight for anything. They only want open and shut cases where the client does not have to be fought for .Like a minor bus accident that resulted in minimal injury ..and the treatment was resolved in a few months.. versus a case that has taken over 8 months to heal from 2 surgery and 8 months of therapy that I am yet to be released from... When you have a case where there is really a fight and If you really want a law firm committed to getting you the resolution that you DESERVE...Kenn Nunn law is not the place

  They are very friendly! Very helpful to my needs, seem to know what they're doing,. They are very professional and seem very knowledgeable about the reason I was there. We'll have to wait and see how it turns out.

  Myself and my children were involved in a head on collision. I used Ken Nunn's office, and I must say, they made this awful experience a whole lot easier to deal with and kept me very informed of all my options, pros and cons, every step of the way. Furthermore, they are extremely prompt in getting back answers for your questions immediately. Someone was also available to take my call or answer my emails. Thank you Ken Nunn and all of your wonderful staff for a great legal experience. I would, and have, recommended your office to anyone in need of a well executed legal plan from beginning to end.

  I truly have nothing derogatory to say. While resolution took longer than I thought it would, I had never been involved in any to compare. The Legal Firm did a good job keeping me informed and moving things to completion. I would recommend The Ken Nunn Law Office to other people.

  Made me feel like they were working for the Insurance company. Didn't get me any money for painand suffering. Everything was bundled into one amount. Went to Physical therapy for three months. Nothing. I still suffer after being rear ended at 60 mph. They won't fight if they think they can get a big amount.Jad to make a deal with the hospital so I could get a car and catch up my bills. Still pwe on medical bills.

  I went to Ken Nunn Law Office with a very difficult situation. They worked diligently and relieved me of as much stress as possible. I ended up getting more of a settlement than I expected. I am very pleased.
