My name is Mrs.Monica, I was told about the review by Mrs. Lauren W. Williams. Kenneth Nugent served my family and I very well and with great hospitality. They even came to my location Ridgeland SC.
    One call that's all!šŸ˜€

Before reviewing records, told I had no case because doctors would not testify against doctors. . Very negative experience. All witnessed allegations by family downplayed due to their restraint against being negative against doctors. They are clearly after money cases and they are unwilling to fight for truth. Seek attorneys after justice, not just money.

I would give negative stars if possible but it is not. This firm is being sued for racketerring, fraud and breach of fiduciary duties. Rightfully so, - I am injured for life and disabled now. After dismissing my lawyer because he didn't seem willing to fight for me, seemed apprehensive about going to trial/court and questioned my injuries which has documentation throughout my 4- 5 discs of my lower back..no other lawyer would touch my case. He stretched it out up until prior to my statue of limitations (2 years) to schedule a meeting or express concern and I ended up at a total loss. I will regret this lawyer decision for the remainder of my disabled life. I got nothing but screwed.

I came on here to write a review on my experience and must say that I am shocked at the low ratings and negative things that are being said. However, I am going to post my review anyway as I am pleased with the way my case was handled and the outcome.

I was in an accident before Christmas being rear-ended by a drunk driver which caused some injuries to my neck, back and elbow. The very next day I made that ā€œone call, thatā€™s allā€ and was greeted by someone the very next day, who assured me that I would have no worries and that they would fight to get me compensated for my injuries.

Throughout the process Nicole Swift, paralegal to my Attorney Brian Clements kept me informed throughout the process. After there was a settlement presented, Brian called me and told me the amount but said that he thinks I deserved more than what they were offering and to give him a week to fight for more. He also reassured me that Iā€™m in good hands.

He was able to reach a settlement of over $37,000 of which $20,100 would come to me after paying for ALL of my medical expenses and fees. Throughout the process my wife had lost her job and we were two moths behind in our mortgage and other bills and even though I had money coming, it would take sometime before receiving the check. I didnā€™t know what I was going to do.

I called Nicole and her and Brian was able to get me a post settlement loan for $ 6,500 within an hour. That way I can take care of things while I wait. I would like to personally thank them both for going above just my case and putting my family first. You both have no idea the amount of stress that was lifted from my Wife and I shoulders. I am sorry for the long post but I had to share why I thought Ken Nuggent and staff are a one of a kind firm. Brian and Nicole my family thanks you.
