We are very happy with the three storm windows we ordered from Kemp’s. More importantly, Nicole Diaz, the coordinator for Kemp’s was extremely helpful when we had trouble removing the screen from the window in order to install a window AC. Nicole took the time to take a video of how to remove the screen from the window. Unfortunately, we were unable to remove the screen ourselves. Nicole offered to come to our house to help us. When she arrived, she was friendly and gracious. The screen removal was very tricky, but Nicole instructed us on how to do so. It is very unusual for a business to go above and beyond as Nicole did. We are extremely grateful to her and appreciate her willingness to help us out.

From beginning to end the staff at Kemp's Windows were not only knowledgeable, but very friendly and professional! The windows and doors were all excellent quality. They have made a huge improvement to my home both aesthetically as well as energy efficiently. My sincere thanks to the entire staff!

We had 14 new windows installed in our 100 year old house and the Kemp's team did a fantastic job. I was impressed by the entire process and would highly recommend Kemp's!

I recently had 6 new windows and a new front door installed at my home and I was very pleased with the installation and the professionalism of everyone that I dealt with at Kemp's Windows from the office staff Nicole, the installers and the owner Brett. All top notch and very attentive to making sure I was a satisfied customer.

We just had a new door installed by Kemps Oh My! The transformation is awesome and we are so happy that we went with Kemp's instead of one of the big box stores. Patti, in the office, is so pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. The installer, Dave, is a very skilled craftsman and a perfectionist. We cold not be happier. Don't go anywhere but Kemp's!
