  During a four week road trip we began having issues with our 44 year old 928 in Kentucky. Our original plan was to head to Wisconsin so we googled independently owned Porsche repair shops who would be willing to get us back on the road to Montana. We were fortunate to find Kellymoss and after explaining our situation to Louis, Street Shop Manager he agreed to help us out. Louis at Kellymoss ordered the necessary part and scheduled us for first thing Monday morning . Unfortunately we encountered another issue on our way to Wisconsin which required various changes to the original repair commitment we had received from Louis. When we arrived, he was understanding, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to our needs and he got us back on the road Tuesday afternoon.
  While waiting at the hotel, he was in constant communication with us and we left paying less than the initial estimate was.
  A big bonus was also the tour of the Kellymoss operations which was quite impressive.
  I highly recommend Kellymoss and they are lucky to have someone like Louis in charge of client care.

  I had what could have been a nightmare purchase from Carvana, but with the help from Louis and his service team at Kelly moss we were able to get everything right, and even better shape than when I came in. I have never had such a confident, kind and professional experience with auto repair. This place is really on a different level and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with them.

  I recently worked with Kelly Moss on tuning and mods to a 911 Safari Conversion that they completed in 2021. The company's commitment to excellence and quality is simply unparalleled. I have had a "local" (I'm in Kansas City) shop help with some minor things on the car and they have commented multiple times what a "high end quality build" my car is and what a great job Kelly Moss did on it. Nice compliment from another Porsche racing shop! I'm a permanent fan and HIGHLY recommend their work and perhaps more importantly - the company's commitment to a quality product, and doing the right things - the right way. So great to deal with such a high character organization! Kudos!!

  I would recommend Kelly-Moss to anyone, without a doubt! My BMW X5 is a different SUV after they fixed it. Now my X5 is running fantastically. The staff at Kelly-Moss is very professional and reliable. Patrick provided me with really good customer service.

  After having another shop blow me off because my BMW had aftermarket parts on it. I needed to have the rear coilovers raised after the springs settled. Looked online for the closest K&W coilovers dealer and found Kelly-Moss. They got the car in right away and I was in and out in about an hour.
  
  I have more work that needs to be done to my 2003 BMW 330xi, easy choice to make now. I've lived all over the country using BMW shops. Kelly-Moss is a no brainer going forward.

  I've been taking my car to Kelly Moss while working with a 3rd party warranty for about 3 years now and they always do an excellent job. The job is always done in a timely manner and they do a great job of looking out for all the ways you can be proactive on your maintenance on the vehicle without selling you on things you don't really need. I have a 04 Jetta GLI that I daily drive, it's nice to know I can come back time and time again and expect professional honest service.

  I had my MINI Cooper Countryman in for Wheel bearing noise and Oil pump leak. I would say, they did an awesome job. The price seems to be really good compared to dealers and they were able work with the third party warranty company to get the job done on time. Marc was really cool to work with and he was updating the overall progress until the car was done.
  
  I'm really pleased with Kelly-Moss Motorsports and highly recommend this place for any European cars.

  The people at Kelly Moss are first rate, I bring all my cars to them from my M3 to my Corvette. The team here understands performance and street cars and their rates are very low compared to the dealer. They value their customers and take good care of them.
  
  They have solved issues other shops have messed up, I don't use any but Kelly Moss anymore for all of my work. They also are very transparent about what is wrong and what needs repair. I like Zimbrick in Madison but they are so busy doing warranty work that I now go to Kelly Moss for everything.
  
  My Corvette is under warranty and I take it to Kelly Moss because they understand performance and the fact that I am using my car for the track. I highly recommend them whether your driving your car on the street or the track, they offer the best value in Madison on automotive service.

  Had some work done on a Honda Civic because I didn't know any shops I could trust very well at the time. They did some body and paint work as well as front suspension replacement. My car came out of the shop looking 10x better than when it went in the shop. They blended the paint on the bumper and fender so well you couldn't tell anything ever happened to the car. Would take my money here anytime they're very trustworthy.

  All the staff has been helpful. The prices were appropriate for the service completed. All contact with them has been very professional, and the shop is well taken care of, almost "museum quality"! I enjoy going just to visit even though I have not had service there in over a year! Very helpful people, and knowledgeable!
