Forewarning: this is an EXTREMELY past due review so i'm hoping this situation has changed and been reviewed. I was apart of the first cohort for OTA program(2011) and i would say it was one of the worst experiences i've ever had. I felt degraded and was emotionally disturbed throughout my entire experience. The program director and majority of the adjunct professors appeared to cater to a specific sect of individuals. It seemed as though it was below par for an educational atmosphere.
Please take careful consideration when applying/enrolling. There are far better options for a "quick" turn out.
Promise to help get a job after graduating, NOT. I explained my past and they said no problem. BIG JOKE they just want your money. I am back in my previous career and owe them 40,000.00
So grotesquely overpriced it should be illegal. I looked into their culinary program, you know just for fun not for a career or anything. I already have a career and 2 degrees and am well off (no debt etc.). $8744 per semester or $26,232 a year! That's obscene! FSU charges half that in tuition. This is without question a scam. How do these poor students ever hope to see a return on their investment (ROI)? How will they ever get out from under all of that debt? It's unlikely they will ever see a profit from this experience. I am appalled at these prices and said as much.
Shout out to Ms.Andrea. she is simply amazing and very motivational. Ms. Andrea in nursing admissions needs to be employe of the year i love her
Overpriced, overrated, out to get a dollar. They have no interest in helping anyone who can't get the maximum of student loans. A lot Arrogant! They have pretty good students and educational standards, but you can get the same or better education somewhere else for 1/4 of the price.
Only go here if you hate your money and want to spend 40k on a 2 year degree. Save yourself the regret and anguish and go to a community college. These kinds of schools ought to be made illegal.
A total joke. They prey on minorities and get them signed up for long term student loans -- like 40K for a lousy 2 year degree. Their former campus head is a convicted rapist - Mark Guttman. Look it up.
I work with Keiser University on a lot of projects and have seen how much dedication and effort they put in to ensuring their student's success. Keep up the good work!
