    Jewelry warranty is a SCAM. Purchased a Bulova Prexisionist watch with the extended warranty that covered having the watch band and battery replaced and the watch refurbished to like new condition. This was supposed to include replacing the crystal if needed.
    I dropped the watch off and when I got it back, over a month later, the watch band had not been replaced, and the crystal was still scratched. It had been polished and the scratches on the bezel were gone. I placed it in the original box and put it in my safe. Not even six months later the watch was dead. Kay’s employ told me that batteries only last 6 months to a year and that a replacement battery would take a month and cost $75 plus tax. Save your money and use Fast Fix at UTC MALL. $25 for lifetime replacement battery.

    My husband went in and ordered my bridal set we chose over night shipping it did not ship when it was suspose to I didn't even have my ring for my wedding day then they tried to get us to buy another ring so I would have something for the wedding after we already paid over 1000 for my set and over night shipping we did get a refund on the shipping BUT when my ring finally did show up a diamond was missing!!!!! I've never had issues with Kay's until now very unhappy with my purchase and service

    I dropped off my ring to get a prong fixed. I didn't get an email when it was ready for pick-up, so five days after the delivery date, I called to see if it was there. The customer service lady proceed to lecture me about how I should have gotten an email and that they don't call anymore. All I wanted to know was if it was there so I could pick it up! She said, and I quote, "You should have known it was ready because I told you the date." She wouldn't let me talk at all, so I hung up on her. Awful customer service!
