I really loved eating at this restaurant. A very great menu and never had no complaints about this establishment until now. I had placed an order yesterday and they delivered my food with no problems as usual. I called to place an order today and was told they can't service that area of where I live at. Remind you they are in Howard Beach and I'm in East New York Brooklyn but on the border of Queens and Brooklyn. They pretty much discriminated against the fact that I live in a African American dominated neighborhood. I don't think me being of color has anything to do with it either.

The food was nicely packed and delivered early but I have a huge issue with the delivery man. The delivery man was terribly rude even though I was polite and friendly to him. When he called, his first abrupt words were, "where are you!?". He said this several times. When I asked him for change so I could tip him, I clearly told him how much change I wanted in return and he was trying to keep an extra dollar despite my request. How much does he expect to be tipped! Anyway, let this be a paper trail in case he decides to trash my home or my neighbors car in our driveway. Yes! He was that aggressive and rude!

Food is really bad. They gave me a a salmon skin roll that tasted burned. I could smell the burning before the food came out. I told her it tasted bad/burned and they would not replace it. Service is nonexistent until check time. Don't bother.

Called in to place an order for pick up and the women who answered the phone couldn't recommend the proper menu item. After I picked up my meal, I reached home to find an incomplete order.

Very good quality food and very fresh. The service was good and the food was delicious. I tried some sushi rolls and the Black Dragon, they both were great. As someone who has went to a variety of sushi restaurants, Kawaii has to be my top 3. Will definitely come again.
