  Very happy with Karpet Mart and Len. Carpet installation went perfectly. The installers were professional and experienced. Len's prices was .competitive and install was really quick. We were looking for the cheapest carpet that matched carpet that was in the living room.

  Overall our experience was great. Len came to our house for a consult and showed us a variety of options for both carpet and flooring. We ultimately went with just vinyl plank flooring and the estimate was very reasonable. It did take a while for the flooring to be delivered but we made it clear we weren't in a hurry so this did not bother us. Len was good at returning my texts and answering questions. He let us know the status of our project when we asked, all in a timely fashion. Installation took two days and there were a few things that needed to be fixed, but the installer was quick to return and did a nice job addressing our issues. We are very pleased with the job and will be enjoying our floors for years to come.

  We contacted Len based on a recommendation and wanted to change the carpet in our home. Prices tend to be high, but we decided to start the project with his company. Project took over 2 weeks to be finalized because his installers were coming and leaving the job unfinished and all was handled with poor communication. They did not show up in two different days and Len did not even know about it. Everything looked unorganized and without knowing who does what. Ultimately, he sent another installer that was able to finish the job. After this hassle we asked for a discount, and we received a joke not worth even mentioning. Len is the typical sales guy that comes with a calculator likes to make all type of calculations to show you that you get the best price. Sorry but this is not what we were expecting. Save yourself some time and avoid this company because they do not value their customers.

  Great service. Len brought in tons of sample options right to our house so we could match all of the interior features. Once we narrowed down the colors, the product shipped in and the installer did an awesome job. When we initially called around for quotes, competitors all said stairs were not possible. We have two different sets of stairs in this room and they look perfect (see photos). Thank you!
