Construction Consultation
-Conceptual design development with Client and Architect
-Development of design concept including space planning, furniture layout, reflected ceiling plan and electrical plan
-Design of Kitchens and Baths including specification of fixtures, finishes, appliances and custom cabinetry
-Specification of all finishes including paint, flooring, tile and stone
-Plan review as needed
-Meetings with Client, Architect and General Contractor as needed at jobsite
-Purchase product as needed

Interior Design Consultation

-Project evaluation to determine scope of project, Client preferences/style and budget
-Develop design concept for project based on Client’s needs. This may include:
-space planning
-finish selection
-furniture layout
-fabric and furniture selection
-design of window treatments
-selection of art work and accessories
-custom fabrications
Purchase/fabricate product as needed
Color consultation/paint color selection
