  Excellent customer service. Polite and accommodating to the customer's needs. Allowed my car to be towed to the shop, in the middle of the night, way after hours. My car was ready first thing in the morning with 2 new tires, balanced and road ready.

  I never look anywhere else tonprice tires. Haven't for years because the team there always has taken care of my needs and gone the distance with little things like checking and fixing liscence plate lights. They have also been extremely interested in working around our schedule and providing great feedback

  Good prices on tires and knowledgeable staff, but they don't always have things in stock (including tires) for popular vehicles.

  Randy, Les and the whole Kansasland Tire and Service Team are outstanding. They are the definition of Client Care/Customer Service at its best! Though the odds were stacked against my family and I while traveling, their team got us back on the road. They never gave up! Their due diligence made it happen. I highly recommend them.

  They did not take my phone number to contact me when my car was done. Being that they close at 6 and I had not heard anything from them, I went to go check on my car. They were closed and my keys were locked inside. I had to call and have them come unlock it, give me my car, and cash me out. And they still charged me full price.

  I had a low pressure alarm on my dash. I stopped at Kansasland Tire and asked if they could look at it. It was during lunch and they only had one technician in the shop. Within 10 minutes, they took my car in and repaired the small leak I had in the tire. It was quick and courteous service. I highly recommend this establishment for your next tire service.
