  This company set an appointment on a Monday for services between 1-4 pm, called me to confirm the appointment the Friday before, then never bothered to show up or call. I ended up calling them (multiple times before someone answered) and was told I was still showing as scheduled and was the phone # I had called from a good # to call me back so that they could contact the tech and find out what was going on and call me back, I said yes. Never heard anything. Ridiculous and VERY unprofessional, so I recommend not wasting your time.

  Company was easy to work with and was thorough in showing before/after pictures of the work done. They also offered honest pricing which was a plus!

  Diego did a great job. He explained all my options and never pushed for anything. Very courteous and friendly. He got everything cleaned up and can tell a difference just breathing after the furnace kicked on.

  Diego did an amazing job! He was very nice and super professional at what he did! Super knowledgeable about what he was doing, well informing me of everything of what was going on! I will definitely come back only if Diego is there!

  I just had my ducts and vents cleaned and he did an excellent job! Very thorough, careful and professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! My technician was Diego and he was one of the nicest and respectful people you’d ever want to gave in your home! He did an awesome job!!! Thank you KC Clean Air!
