If you are looking for a boost while in Oakland, come to Kanna. When I walked in, the owner greeted me with a smile that melted away all the stress of the day, and warmed my soul. The bud tender was genuinely kind and AMAZING to work with, offering me exactly what I came in for + the special that soothed me the moment I smelled the beautiful flowers. I told them I was a teacher and had survived the last day of school, and they went to the back to give me a care package to say thank you for the work I do in the world, and it meant a lot. They invited me to a BBQ for Memorial Day, and I felt like I was coming home in a way… in every way. Thank you, Kanna, for being family with me. I needed that love and if I could give ten stars, I would.

They close at 9pm. They was hella rude when I showed them that Google says they close at 10pm. They had customers inside still, but wouldn’t let me purchase.

Super friendly staff made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. We were able to get exactly what we needed, and the first-time patient discount was a nice surprise!

I was visiting my friends in Oakland from LA , and they told me about new shop opening. When we walked in I got immediate help from Star . She was very nice and she knew so much about product and quality, that it absolutely helped me to choose what I like. Definitely going to advise to my friends.
