It's a fun and affordable place for children and parents with alot to do. The snack bar has a good variety and is not too overly priced.

However most of the inflatables didn't have enough air in them. They sunk in badly when even the smaller adults tried to play in them with their kids.

I booked a party for my 6 year old, the day of the party I get a call at 5:30 (the party was at 6:30), and they informed me that they did not have power due to the storm. A family member that was already there stated that there was power everywhere else when they arrived at 6:15 (still did not hear from anyone at Kangaroo Jakes to let me know if their power was back on or not), so I drove out there. There was another party at 6:30, and they were able to get their money back right then. I go inside the pack and ship, and there was a young gentleman that said the power had been off since 9 am, the storm did not start until 5 pm, so of course that immediately made me infuriated. If the power had been out for that long, why not call earlier and inform us?? Then the young gentleman said 'if you have some wire cutters we can cut the lock off and flip the breaker'. Wait a minute? So you want us to do something illegal, and also is that not something they do when the power is cut off from lack of paying the bill? Here it is Sunday 7/2, party was on 6/29, and still have not been able to be issued a refund. Every time I call or go out there, there is an excuse. They informed me that I could still have a party and they would make any accommodations necessary, well are you going to pay for a new cake?? Because clearly we had to find elsewhere for my son to have a party at. I am livid, and I highly suggest not booking a party with them. This 'power outage' situation seems a little fishy to me!!!!

Booked a party for my 3 year old. I was told I would receive a call to confirm reservations and add any extras to our package. No call so I called myself and spoke with a gentleman who I told I would like to add a few extras such as tokens, ice creams etc to our package and he, apparently, just ignored the entire conversation because I had to reiterate upon arrival to the on hand staff. Nothing was organized. When we went to pay our balance we were told the complementary t shirt was out of stock in my sons size. No big deal, we asked for a deduction no they don't do that. I was told I would get a phone call the following week to come pick the t shirt up when it was back in stock. That was 5/13. still no phone call. The room we had smelled like garbage and the games were very outdated. My son had a blast with his friends regardless but I would never suggest booking a party with them.

This place is a little difficult to find. However, this place is awesome. They have 9 huge jumpers, a dance area, a toddler area, concession stand, plenty of places for parents to sit, and best of all the kids and parents have matching arm band numbers so no one can steal your kids. The price is fair at $9 per child.

My grandkids had a great time yesterday.
The staff went out of their way for anything we needed.
You have a nice bunch of young people who work there.

The most ugly ghetto bouncy place I have ever been to.. the people that work here / own it are a bunch of trailer trash rude bitches that have no manners what so ever. It's dirty and old. Very run down and unkept. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Everything is dirt . Dusty and it smells like dirt.. . They have really gonna down hill

All the responses from owner re: hours of operation says to go to their website. Well I just did and it's got Christmas hours listed.. And today is July, 23rd. I guess just call to get hours. If you get there when it's open you'll be fine. Kids running around crazy everywhere but, well, yeah It's an indoor gym filled with bouncy houses.
