stopped in looking at jeeps I guess you don't need the sale not one person came out to help goodbye going else where
Dean and the staff our helpful and work hard for you.
Very nice place and they hosted the kids activities for Trout Days which was nice.
Called the service department to ask them to take a look at my vehicle. The service department suggested I take a look at the brakes, as the sound I described sounded like it was a piece of metal stuck in the brakes. Wow! This garage should also have a side business as psychics, as apparently they can sense what is wrong with a vehicle without hearing the noise, or taking a look at the vehicle. Needless to say, I will NOT be taking any of my Jeep vehicles to this shop, EVER!
They are very honest and take care of their loyal customers. Great customer service and fair pricing.
Business is done here the way I like it - serious, courteous, factual, no hype, and put into writing in detail. You know exactly what you are going to get. I worked with the sales manager. He knows his product, listens to your preferences, and is straight as an arrow. I highly recommend Kalscheur's.
You are not going to find a better dealer in the Madison Area. I didn't even end up buying here, but I left with respect for Dean and this dealership. No hassles and understanding of our family's needs.
We've had nothing but excellent experience with our purchases and the service department. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing service done.
Have not purchased any vehicles from here but needed a service center closer to home. Lack of customer service including not so friendly staff each encounter and today was no exception. Our truck (under warranty) had a severe window leak. We were told to bring it in for the leak technician to repair and we also scheduled an oil change at the same time. We made our own special transportation arrangements to leave the vehicle there overnight for this appointment. At the end of the next day we received a call the truck was finished but the leak wasn't repaired because the leak technician was not there that day. Hmmm?? But we needed to pick up our truck and bring it in some other time. No apology for the inconvenience to us. The truck is due for another oil change so why not try again. I asked if there was a loaner available and was told no so I explained the situation. Regardless there is no loaner and the leak technician is a private guy so they have no control. Any builders, business owners, etc out there? - well you know that you're only as good as the people that work for (with) you. We'll take our business elsewhere - including the next truck purchase that was coming up very soon. Oh, and then I received an apology.
We have bought many new and used trucks/cars from Kalscheur Dodge over the last couple of decades and have always been extremely pleased with their customer service and small town values. We bought our last vehicle from Jeff who is very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. Even though this last purchase was for an older vehicle we were buying for our daughter, he still went over every detail of it and made us feel like a valued customer. It doesn't matter if you are buying new or used, same great customer service either way!
Very, very pleased with Jeff and entire staff at Kalscheurs. They also have a top notch service department as well!
