  They have a large parking structure behind the buildings. The staff is friendly here, I've yet to have a bad experience with anyone at this location.

  Terrible experience so far. We took our son to get a physical done and his shots to start school. Keep in mind that my son is 4, and the Doctor was supposed to order blood test, which he forgot to do. The doctor seem like he was new, which usually I don't mind, but when we kept asking questions, he looked confused, and often times responded with an " I don't know" . When I got to the lab the next day, they drew blood, but like I said the order was not complete. They drew blood on my son for the partial order, and the next day they had a hard time finding that he had any blood work done. According to them there was no blood work drawn. After they found it, they told me that it wasn't complete and that I needed to bring my son for another blood draw. I couldn't understand the accent of the lady on the phone, but she just kept saying "it's ok, it's ok, we just need to draw blood again". It's hard for your patients to take days off, and I really hate to hear "it's ok" like its no big deal. Now I have to go again for this incompetence, and it is not ok. Besides, how easy do you think it is to draw blood on a 4 year old?

  There is no wait time most of the time, the MDs, RNs, MAs, AAs are super nice all the time. Love going to Kaiser

  They are always so nice to me and my family. Also without the doctors nurses and other medical staff there I would be suffering. I can live a mostly normal life thanks to the treatment I received.

  I can't stand the people that work there! So unprofessional and when you call the appointment line they just want you to come in and make you pay the copay!
