  Very rude company especially Jim McViegh. They installed shower doors that are now leaking along the marble sill. I know better than to complain again because when you do they send 2 men out to try and intimidate you & then when they realize that you where right & they where wrong they don't even apologize. Makes me sick to have to even rate 1 star after my terrible experience with this rude company. Would not recommend. Wish I would have read reviews before doing business with this company.

  LAUNDRY ROOM REMODEL RESULTS IN MASSIVE FLOOD
  I theorize that KSI's failure to follow my washer manufacturer's directions regarding clamping the tub before moving it (or that their employee torked the door of that washer on returning it ) led to an expensive flood in our house, merely hours after the remodel was completed. We bought the washer only a yr. and a half before and had never had a problem with that machine.
  The damage amounted to many thousands of dollars (ruined basement, ruined kitchen floor), and much stress for myself & my 81 yr.-old husband. We even had to move out for repairs.
  A year later we are still suffering the repercussions. They have only paid a mere $600. We are outraged at their lack of responsibility.
