The Biology 202: Introduction to Natural History Museums course final projects are now on display in the museum! Stop by and check them out before the end of the semester during museum open hours.

For their final projects, small groups of students designed an exhibit project plan, researched 10 specimens, then created a scale model of their proposed exhibit, composed exhibit labels, identified their target audience, and made an appropriate visitor guide to accompany the exhibit. They presented their exhibit proposals to their mock museum board (their classmates).

    Great job everyone!

There are local reports that Baltimore Orioles have migrated back up into the Lisle area! Here are some tips for attracting and feeding these beautiful songbirds. Please remember to use plain jelly with no artificial sugar and no sugar substitutes. Happy birding!
