Although I received a better offer from another company, I went with this one because their response time was faster, their pickup time was several days sooner, and the people answering the phones were local, not at an international phone bank somewhere. The pickup was SUPER easy and fast, which I was grateful for because it was over 100 degrees outside. Also, I think that the are female owned and operatedalthough I haven't confirmed thatwhich I always try to support.
