Food was delicious! We hosted a repast of about 100 people and it was done beautifully. The servers were outstanding. They were very accomodating to the gluten free needs of several people. Thank you!

It was very good. Excellent food, nice atmosphere. Couple fruit flies here and there, but a minor quibble. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

One of the better Italian restaurants in the area. Parking is easy and service was fast and friendly.

Great traditional red sauce Italian. Traditional menu with some different takes on American Italian food. Would recommend the eggplant rollantini and the veal parmesan. Service was attentive with great pacing inbetweeen appetizers and main course. Nice open dining room. Would come back again.

I went to Jules with 9 other people in our party this weekend. In my opinion, it was a great unexpected experience. Everything that touched my lips was awesomely delicious. The service was good except there was a time lag between finishing the appetizers and receiving our dinners, but that could have been from being a party of 10. The decor isn't anything special or fancy but the food was well worth going there and the staff was very friendly and engaging.

horrible! My wife and I have been ordering from Jules for years because the food was good. the service and staff is horrible. first I ordered a dinner with shrimp for take out and got home to a chicken parm. I call them and instead of apologizing they told me that it was shrimp. I go in again to order and without even bringing up there mistake from last time i had the cook come out and try to tell me I was wrong when I even had a video of my food and the other cook admitted he made a mistake. so tonight I go back to order and walk in to an empty restaurant to order food and they tell me they can't make Alfredo because she didn't want to. there is multiply bad reviews on yelp and other sites and I now know why. they will be out of business if they continue to operate like this and I will never go there again.

Steak was fatty/chewy and not cooked to desired medium appearance. At least 6 times during the meal, our conversation was interrupted by someone asking us if "everything was all right". Appreciate the concern, but too many people asking way too often. Appetizer was very good an dipping sauce for bread testy. Chicken Sorento was good also.

This is a first! Never in my life have I ever been denied food at a restaurant. I'm left totally shaking my head. My husband called to place an order for carry out and was told that they wouldn't take our order because they are too busy with parties and because tomorrow was Mother's Day. While I can appreciate them being busy, who turns down business? If they want to run a banquet hall then they should focus on that and forget the restaurant. I believe in being fair and giving second chances. But while the food is decent, the service and the way they run a business is poor on multiple occasions. I've dined in on 2 occasions and the service was poor and extremely slow on both visits- first time waiting over an hour and a half for our dinner and over 2 hours the second visit. Can't blame the waitress, as we watched her run around trying to do her best with more tables that she can possibly handle. We have ordered carry out on a few occasions as well and each time had to wait at least an hour for the food, which was significantly longer than the time we were given for it to be ready. I seriously don't think they have enough kitchen staff to meet the needs of the restaurant. We've given this place more than enough chances to redeem itself, but it just never did. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Great service, excellent food with plenty to take home after. Bread dipping in olive oil and spices was very good. Pasta was cooked al dante. Everything cooked fresh not sitting in a pot to reheat so it does take a little time to be served but bread & appetizers hold u over. We ordered an antipasto salad which 4 people could have shared. Took the rest home.
