Worst move ever. After telling us we were paid in full tried to charge another $694. Finally settled for $354 because one of the movers was so bad he was cursed out by another mover for being so lazy. They broke a leg on our couch which I had to repair. Broke our Christmas tree and stand and an antique gumball machine. After 3 months our insurance claim still hasn't been paid. The claim was for $286 and they said they would only pay $55. My suggestion is think twice.

We highly recommend this team! WOW! Thank you for sending such a wonderful crew to handle our HEAVY and multiple multiple boxes of Greg’s collection (over 1000) that had to be brought up from the basement and back down to the basement; his bulky cumbersome display cases and all other household items.

These gentlemen and I mean gentlemen were professional at all times. Even at the very end when everyone was very tired, little details were handled with a smile and team work. These guys hustled all the time. Their team effort was amazing to watch. Each piece and box was handled as if it belonged to them. You could tell from the 1st day that everyone cared about the kind of job they were doing. These guys knew how to pack and move difficult bulky items. We heard ma’am and sir over and over again. We just cannot say enough good things about them.

Tonya did an excellent job of estimating the load. That wasn’t easy either with all the boxes of Greg’s collection to calculate. She was also very patient with all my questions.

Again, the care taken by everyone we dealt with is very much appreciated and these people should be commended and hopefully properly compensated.

I was very pleased with my move with Joyce Van Lines. The whole process was easier than I anticipated. Tonya was very patient with me in answering my many questions which allowed me to be comfortable with my decision to choose Joyce Van Lines to move me locally. The movers for both pick up and delivery were on time, friendly and worked efficiently. I only have one small issue to resolve but I have no doubt my claim will be handled professionally. I have already recommended Joyce Van Lines to a co-worker and hope their experience is as good as mine.

I hired them to move my elderly parents from one end of Greenwood to the other

They were great about quote, they were not the lowest, but most polite and helpful during the qoute gathering process. Their movers showed up on time, wer'e very polite and efficient. They were a father son team and worked really well together!

They were as polite and efficient on 2nd end of move and the actual price with time of job was about $400 less than quote!

I'd use them again and Again!

I got 4 quotes from various moving companies. Joyce Van Lines was the lowest and they come across as very professional. The estimation of the number of hours it would take was nearly half of what it turned out to be. Because the rate is hourly my move ended up costing me more than any of the other three quotes. We will see how they handle the $900 dollar claim on the bed they damaged. Stay tuned.

I would gladly give a 5 stars review for Joyce Moving & Storage because I like those movers. I have worked with these guys a week ago because I was looking for a trusted office mover.
