The flowers were lovely, albeit a tad expensive. Joy Florist charged my credit card twice for the flowers (on two separate dates) and despite two lengthy phone calls, did not reimburse me for one of the charges. Both times I was told to be patient, that the reimbursement would take a few days to post, and yet it never did. Now I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.
My husband ordered me flowers that were gorgeous when they arrived, however by day two they were dead or dying. I called the store because of their "guarantee". If they don't meet your expectations they will redeliver flowers and refund the purchase price.
Well, they did not refund the money, but they did deliver new flowers. I had to give them the dead ones. I didn't mind, just thought was odd.
Unfortunately, the new flowers that were delivered were not the same $85 bouquet. They were a much cheaper version with old flowers. (They look like an $8.00 bouquet from a grocery store with ugly flowers).
This place is expensive with horrible customer service, a lie on their website and bad flowers.
Save your money! Order from anywhere else!!!
Worst experience ever. Will never use again.
Joy florist did an absolutely beautiful arrangement for my grandparents 60th anniversary. Just breathtaking, thank you.
In short, this florist provides excellent courteous service and the flowers are absolutely beautiful. By far the best florist in the area. Ask for Grace!
