Brittani is an absolute DREAM and I am convinced she has been blessed with magic in her hands !! I've seen her a handful of times now, where I feel I can give an honest review, that not only is she highly skilled at what she does but she actually LISTENS and talks through with you your expectations before injecting anything!! And THEN delivers those expectations SPOT ON. It has been a luxurious experience all the way through!

Prior to seeing her I have gone to several other injectors in the past but no one was as confident, friendly, and experienced as she was which are all attributes you should want from someone touching your face with needles!!
Needless to say my results are even better than I expected and I saw a difference within seconds! She has a profound aesthetic eye and I really appreciated the time she took to make sure every detail was attended too without being pushy to do more than needed.

My wife Liz recently had a procedure done with Dr.
Russo and his team, and my wife looks absolutely beautiful, plus she's thrilled about the results. Being on the sidelines supporting my wife throughout the process, I wanted to show my appreciation to Dr.
Russo, Nurse Rachel and Maddie.

Dr. Russo and his team were so attentive, caring and extremely professional. I was just blown away by the time Dr. Russo spent with my wife throughout the entire process, because it’s very rare to see in today's climate. If, your wife is thinking about having a procedure done, you absolutely have to check out Dr. Russo and his team, you'll feel like you're the only patient on the planet!

Staff is exceptional and offers each person a unique and one of the best experiences you can imagine. They are kind and understanding and supportive. They listen to your needs, and I mean truly listen to your needs.

I’ve seen Sabrina and cannot speak more highly of her abilities and expertise. She really understands the needs of her clients and offers suggestions and ideas that met my needs.

I am new to the Boston area, so trying a new place is always a little scary. However, making an appointment at Dr. Russo’s was the best decision I could have made. I felt immediately welcome and at ease in their beautiful office. My appointment was with Brittani and if I could give more than five stars, I would. She is thorough, professional, and simply amazing. I ask a lot of questions and Brittani took her time explaining every single one of them; getting to know me and truly listening to what I wanted. My results are perfection, even better than I could have expected. (She even texted me two weeks after to check in and ensure I was pleased with the results!) I am so happy to have found this gem and looking forward to my next appointment!

I referred my mom to Brittany and I really regret that I did that. My mom has Botox done regularly and paid a really large amount (much more expensive than usual) to receive 45 units. After two weeks her wrinkles started showing again, and when my mom contacted Brittany about it, she was told that she was not going to try to fix it unless my mom paid more. Not only that, but she said that my mom was just trying to get more done for free. I was appalled, and very upset I did the decision to refer her here. My mom did not want anything free she just wanted it done right. Will never come back here again, it seems like they care more about making money than satisfying their patients and that is the biggest turn off for me when it comes to choosing a med spa ever.
