  Products are nice, I shop JAB all the time. This location is a little lacking in the customer service area compared to my home store.

  There tailor can do simple easy tasks and that is it. Look if you want a $99 polyester suit glued together in a sweat shop this is the place! If you want a suit that looks good and does not look like you picked it up at a thrift store then look elsewhere! The staff at this location knows about as much about a suit as a toddler eating a glue stick! I love there high end suits so I have resorted to ordering them online and taking them to a REAL TAILOR!

  Professional and courteous staff. The gentleman who helped us was wonderful. The style and quality of the clothes were excellent. I would highly recommend this store for any man looking for classy outfits casual and dressy! Thank you for making our shopping experience there pleasant!!!

  I was in a real bind when I showed up in Destin Friday evening before my friend's wedding on Saturday, only to discover that my tux never arrived and could not be found. The tracking showed it was delivered, but it was not in the store, no one knew where it was at the Jos A Bank in my hometown of Birmingham, AL, and there was no trace of it in Destin.
  
  Fast forward to Saturday morning at 9:00am, and I am there when it opens. I have to be where the groom is staying to change into the MIA tux and eat lunch. The night before, the store manager Jeremiah reassured me over the phone we would make something work, so here I am. He gets on the phone with the tux supplier in Atlanta, somehow discovers that when I made a change request weeks earlier that the tux be sent to Destin instead of Birmingham, it was updated in Jos A Banks system (showing that it was delivered to Destin), but not in the tux supplier system which ended up sending it to Birmingham anyway since the systems were not synched.
  
  Jeremiah and one of his sales associates immediately started matching what they had in the store to the tux order - jacket, shirt, buttons, pants, bowtie, vest...and at 9:55am I had a very close match, enough that it was not noticeably different at least. He had the tailor drop what they were doing to hem anything that needed work. I was out the door in an hour and on the way to get ready for the wedding.
  
  I can't say enough good things about Jeremiah, I hope he's still at this store because I forgot to write this for a couple of months until I came across his business card recently (this was early November '14). He and his associate saved the day and even called me shortly after I left the store to let me know that I would be provided a full refund on my prepaid rental fee since Jos A Bank made the mistake, even though his store was not at fault.
