  Nerissa, the store manager is great. She asked all the right probing questions in order to make sure I found everything that I needed. She didn't push me into buying anything. She wanted to make sure that I got everything I wanted and that I was happy with all of my selections. Highly recommend that if you are looking for some new threads for business, casual, or events and you don't know where to start, go see Nerissa and her team at Jos. A. Bank.   Nerissa did an amazing job getting the entire wedding party fitted on the groom's side. To top it off, she kept the store open late for us. She was amazing every time we've stopped by to look at suits and we could not be happier- or more excited about our wedding in 2 months! :)

  I bought a suit for a wedding I attended over 4th of july weekend. I got "fitted" for it, and they ordered it. When the suit came in, no one called to tell me, I had to call them. I came in, and the jacket fit, but the pants were so small I couldn't button or even zip them. This is because when I got "fitted", the staff member didn't have me try on pants. She just had me try on a jacket and assumed my pant size. They ordered a new suit and had it rushed in. Again, no one called me like they said they would when it came in, I had to call them. The new jacket fit great, and the pants were still a bit snug, but they had them let out a bit to fit better. Now, if you didn't know, suit pants that come untailored are super long. The guy who measured me forgot to measure for the pants to be hemmed, I had to remind him to do it. When the suit was finished being tailored, you'd think I'd get a call, but no, I had to call them again. Everyone that I dealt with at this location was very nice and apologetic, but I'd rather deal with one rude person who gets the job done right the first time than the slew of nice people who wasted a lot of my time.

  Initial mix up on the suit I wanted, but they (Scott) did everything they could to make it right. I understand businesses make mistakes, it's to be expected, but it's how far they go to make it right that counts. Scott went above and beyond to fix the mix up and took what was a maddening situation and turned it into a pleasant experience. I'm very happy with my suit and will be coming here for my next suit.

  Joseph A Banks did the tailoring for my wedding suit. The employees in this store were very professional and they got my measurements right the first time. I didn't have to do any extra alterations because they were spot on. My suit looked great come wedding day!

  My fiancé and I ordered 8 suits through this store for him and his groomsmen for our wedding, and the experience has been unnecessarily stressful. We ordered plenty ahead of time, and gave the addresses of all the groomsmen, and the suits were all supposed to be shipped to the store closest to them, and they would be notified when it arrived. However, weeks after we ordered none of our groomsmen had heard anything, so I went into the store to figure out what had happened. It was a complete cluster, and two of our eight suits were missing. It took countless phone calls to the groomsmen and the store, as well as multiple visits to speak to them in person, to figure out what had happened and get it straightened out. While I was probably visibly stressed (as most brides are right before their wedding), I was always patient and polite, but the representative was incredibly condescending and patronizing towards me, responding to my concern with the situation by treating me like a nervous child (again, I was nothing but polite and calm with this man), telling me to calm down and not to worry and patting my shoulder as if I was having a meltdown, which I wasn't. All I wanted was assurance that everything was going to be taken care of, since I had a million other details to worry about at that point and I was not entirely confident given that two suits had been lost. I would not recommend this to other couples, it was a whole bunch of headache that I didn't need, and ended up just being more work for me.
