  This place is amazing. I dealt with Andrew while I was here, he was very professional, friendly, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable on their products. I left here with a new pair of work boots at a great price and better understanding of exactly what I needed!

  I've never before left any advice or info on any place till today I honestly had my shoes 3 months the soul was coming off the bottom not the shoe stores fault but because of the warranty no excuses no complaints they simply gave me brand spanking new shoes that in my book is totally awesome and I will definitely come back

  Great selection of high quality boots and shoes, but more than that, Johnny's Shoe Store has excellent customer service! Their store manager always has a friendly smile and goes out of his way to get you the perfect shoe/boot. I highly recommend this local Kingsport store.

  I buy all my shoes here. they have shoes no one else has. best quality and they will take care of any problems you have with your shoes and they do repairs as well.

  Just went work boot shopping with my hubby. For years my husband has thought he wore a size 8 in men's shoes. Caleb was amazing. He convinced my husband to measure his foot. Well guess what, my husband has been wearing the wrong size all these years. Thank you Caleb for being so knowledgable and fitting him with an awesome pair Ariat work boots.
