  I needed a quick loan and I can’t say enough positive about the 2 gentleman working when I went into the store.
  
  Very courteous, straight forward about how they operate. i.e in my case I let them know that these were personal items and it was pertinent that I would be returning to pick up the items. At which point they said that is what they preferred so it was a win win on both sides.
  
  Time wise maximum I was there was 10 min. I feel this length of time is unheard of when getting a loan against collateral.
  
  When I return on the day I let them know I was going to return to pick up my items. They were ready to go. They had not been touched. Also I could tell they had not been tossed or banged around. Everything working exactly as I left it.
  
  And the fee I paid was honestly so low I can not remember what the amount was.
  
  I would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a loan and have already to many of my friends.
  
  Overall experience was a A++

  Rip off! Bought a ring fom them for $2750. 1 week later pawned on loan only offered $1000 and have to pay $1395 to get it back in 90days! Feeling a bit hustled.

  Super rude and filthy. They wouldn't show us a bracelet saying they were closing right after I asked. It was 4:45p and it said closes at 7p. We came in with the intention of buying something....never experienced anything like this. Keep in mind there was someone else in the store that was looking that they didn't tell they were "closing". Completely profiling.

  The only place to go for Pawn Loans! They charge about half the rate of any other pawn shop! Honest and straight forward family owned business. They also have a very cool selection of vintage rings and jewelry, you just need to look around. Anyone complaining about rudeness probably came across as a tire kicker. They may not pamper every person walking through the door but they run an excellent business and have lots of repeat customers. Highly recommended if your serious about getting a loan or buying something.
