  My wife wanted to replace her 2011 Camry with a newer SUV. We had done a lot of research on the model of car that we wanted and had decided on a late model Honda CR-V. John Sisson had a one year-old loaded CR-V available in like-new condition. Daniel Pollock worked with us throughout the whole process and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a great deal on our trade-in and made the whole experience a pleasure.
  My wife LOVES her "new" car!
  We will gladly deal with John Sisson Nissan again!

  We have purchased three vehicles from John Sisson and each experience has been wonderful. Our salesman for all three purchases has been Ron Pavlĺsko and he is the best salesman we have ever worked with.
  This dealership goes above and beyond the call of Duty.
  The service department is excellent and does anything possible to meet your needs.
  I know we will eventually purchase another vehicle and it will be from John Sisson

  There is no other dealership that gives you better service than Sisson Nissan. The service department is the main reason I continue to get my cars serviced correctly and for value. Anyone can sell you a car, but the personnel at Sisson Nissan service department are A1.

  I am so thankful for the support I received buying my car from John Sisson Nissan this past summer. My father was very ill and in the ICU when my car decided to quit running; I was emotionally and physically drained. At a time that they could have sold me just about anything, I was ready to buy a car that I liked but didn’t love, I just needed dependable at this time. Sales Manager Ray Holmes and Sales Person Stephanie not only found me a car that I love to this day but also worked with Finance Manager Zack Marshalek to make sure it was a monthly payment I could afford.
  Last month I called to ask about the free oil change, expecting there to be sometime of crazy catch. I was so shocked to have a very pleasant driver pick up my car at my home in Verona on time, oil changed, car washed, and returned and no cost! WOW
  This dealership team has blessed me so deeply and has earned my loyalty. Highly recommend if you are looking for a car to stop and see them.

  We have bought numerous vehicles from here and have also taken our newest 2015 Murano there for service. We have had our Murano there 3 times for a leaking oil pan gasket and smelling burning antifreeze. Mind you this vehicle only had 13,000 miles on it! They have never fixed either problem! The antifreeze smell they said it's common for those vehicles and they have said they replaced the oil pan gasket all three time but I just went to do an oil change and it is still dripping! We are beyond furious and disgusted with their service dept. and will NEVER go back.

  I BEEN TRYING TO CALL THIS PLACE 4 OVER A WEEK NOW WAS LOOKING I WANTED TO BUY 2015 CLS63 PRICE WAS $84000 NOW IS $79000 IM WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE BEEN TRYING TO CALL (ARLENE) NEVER GOT A CALL BANK VERY DISAPOINTED

  The Nissan department of John sisson is amazing. We have been a client for three years now when we purchased our vehicle from this dealership. We will absolutely be buying another vehicle from here again! Great customer service and the guys in the service department do an amazing job and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Would recommend for anyone to purchase a vehicle from here especially for the service department aspect! Great job and keep up the good work guys!

  Service department is terrible!!! Dropped car off for tranny service after making appointment. Never called about issues and when I went to pick up the car they said "we didn't have time to look at it! But maybe if you can leave it here for a few days we'll see if we can look at it. If your not there to spend $50k on a car then they don't care about you.
