I was dealing with a software developer by the name of Dil Singh, Des Moines Iowa.
I had several consultations with him and when it came time to deliver the goods, the pricing had completely changed. He never called back as promise and I found myself wasting a massive amount of time with him.
Do you self a favor and stay clear of doing business with Dil Singh, of Des Moine, Iowa. I’m sure there are other staff members at John Deere who are much more professional.
i loved the tour
Guard shack directed me to the wrong area but the 3rd shift team leader directed me to where I needed to go. He even went out of his way to help me find an empty trailer. When we couldn't find one, he asked a fork lift driver to pull a cab out of a trailer in a dock so I could take it. Was a real breath of fresh air to have a consignee with this much respect and support for drivers. Would take loads here anytime.
Nice people and load your pretty reasonable with respect
Pretty fast get in get out and get loaded
I will agree with them working you to death but sexist & racist? Please!!! They are very up front about their intentions when you are hired. You are hired either as a probationary employee or seasonal. If probationary, you are told to be on time and show up every dayperiod! They stress that daily during orientation and training. Go to work and do your job and always be on time, and dont run your mouth or make excuses why you should be the exceptionyou'll be fine!
Also, women and minorities have unbelievable opportunities not only for success in being hired, but in advancement, placement, and job retention..in fact it could be argued that they have far preferrential treatment. Ask a white male JD employee who gets all of the 'good' jobs at JDDW. There is a pretty good chance you'll get an ear full!
My guess is that whoever wrote that bad review wouldnt go to work and then couldnt believe that playing the the race/gender card didnt work. I say "good"! Why should you get away with murder when other employees have to walk the line?
They have strict policies. The job market allows that. They want people in place to build their product. If you arent there when they need you they will replace you. If you'd taken that to heart like everyone else you'd still probably be making $65k per year(no degree required)
This company is sexist & racist. Not worth wasting your time there, they will work toy to death & fire you days before your probation period is up so they don't have to pay unemployment.
