  Joel really has an eye for these things. I wanted the whole house in stucco, but he was absolutely against. I wouldn't listen so he showed me many pictures of pictures that were with both paint and stucco combined. It really looked excellent and it was only because of him that I now live in this stylish and cheerful house, instead of the bleak ghost-house I originally wanted!
