  He took me Back there and lifted the car and explained what was going on, he also found out my car had zero oil in it which wasn't even related to what he was supposed to be checking, they're just a great business with exceptional customer service

  They are very polite and quick. You have to set up an appointment. If I ever need another alignment this is the place I will go to from now on. It was the first pleasant experience I've had from any company that has worked on my vehicle. They listened to me and when I came in with my girls, which is every mechanics worst nightmare, they were wonderful with my kids.

  I was heading from Indiana to Maryland and my power steering went out in my 2009 Pontiac G5. It was the second time it had done that in two days. Thankfully, I was right by an exit when it happened so I pulled off the interestate and Joe Buckey Tire was the first car-type building I saw. I was waited on immediately and they were extremely helpful, despite the fact that my issue was not in their realm of work. They went above and beyond to help me in every way they could. Also while I was there, there was an ederly lady who said she has been coming here for 40+ years and she wouldn't take her car anywhere else. I would give them 20/5 stars if I could.

  Driving down the highway with our 24 foot enclosed trailer when it blew a tire. We were about a mile away from this exit and stumbled upon Joe Buckeye by chance. We were in a bind so we were at their mercy. Randy took care of the trailer immediately and was extremely nice. Very diligent. He even replaced a fuse we needed.
  
  Prices were very reasonable, work was done immediately, and we were back on the road in no time. Hats off to these guys!
