  We couldn’t have chosen a better attorney for our case. Martin was professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. He truly advocated for us and exceeded our expectations. We tried to deal with the insurance company ourselves in the beginning and it was so stressful. Letting Martin take over was the best decision we could’ve made. We are so grateful.

  I recently participated in their Focus Group. I found both of these Attorneys to be Very Professional, Knowledgeable & Personable!
  If my Friends & Family or I ever need legal services, they will be

  I participated on a panel that analyzes and gives verdicts on actual local court cases. These panels' results are utilized by both sides in the upcoming civil trials to help design and streamline the attorneys' cases. I found the 2 hour session (paid) to be informative, sociologically intriguing and insightful as to what goes on in the Jury's chambers. Janet, our coordinator, and Joe and Martin, the attorneys were personable, patient, helpful and friendly. I totally recommend the experience. You get to meet new people too. Go for it!

  I had the opportunity to participate in a virtual focus group with Joe & Martin Injury Attorneys and it was a wonderful and educational experience from start to finish. I would definitely do this again if the opportunity arose. The staff are all very kind and professional; Janet especially provided very good guidance about the event. It was interesting to be part of a focus group like this, which is an actual jury situation for a real civil lawsuit, or potential lawsuit. We heard both sides, plaintiff and defendant, and were asked to deliberate as a jury to reach a verdict. The attorneys spoke with us afterward about the process and it really was interesting! This is valuable to their clients because it's a way for them to quickly get their peers' view on a potential lawsuit. This can help a client decide what, if any, actions to move forward with, based on this jury's deliberated verdict. I think this process is innovative and provides a great value and unique addition to the firm's client support capabilities.
