  They do have a large selection of a lot of things. But I've been in there 4 times in the last couple months and it's been the same story Everytime. I either don't get helped while every single women who walks in does or when I can get help all I get is quick nos to every question. Even when I know for a fact they have it

  I always receive help when needed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm usually asked what I'm working on when I buy fabric and it's easy to strike up a conversation.

  Has as the supplies I need for a project and just to get artistic it has fabric,beads,paint and more all of the things you need for a project

  Friendly people. Knowledgeable. The store is just limited by size. Not a large yarn selection but does vary by type.

  Love the employees! Store is GREAT! My ONLY big issue is IF you forget your coupon, then you're sol! They Won't give you a coupon of any sort. Sometimes I've forgotten mine and I opted to NOT shop there that day! THEY LOSE! What can I say???

  I do enjoy going to Jo-Ann pretty much any time I'm near one. I would normally give any Jo-Ann 5 stars as they always have something that you would want if you're into fabric, quiliting, and crafting.
  The reason this one gets a 4 star rating is its size.
  The next closest Jo-Ann store to this one are in Albany and New Hartford. Both are probably twice the size of this one and therefore have a better selection of pretty much everything.
  But the staff here is always friendly and helpful when you need them. If you need fabric and are in Amsterdam, this is the place to go.
