Great experience! I went to Jingle's not expecting to find anything and was shocked when I found my wedding dress! The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. My wants and needs were listened to, which in turn was how I was able to find my dress so quickly!

Terrible service, hateful employees, miserable experience. I ended up leaving and getting my bridesmaids dresses somewhere else. I set up an appointment about a month and a half prior. I got an email asking for the style of the dress so they could get it together for me. When I got there, they ignored me for about 20 minutes then told me that they no longer carry that designer. Couldn't they have included that in the email?

I had a fantastic wedding dress experience at Jingles. They made everything so easy for me - from the ordering process to the alterations to bridal portraits to the day of my wedding. I would highly recommend them to any brides in the Richmond area looking for their perfect wedding gown!

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT JINGLES! This was the first stop when I decided to go wedding dress shopping. I walked in and absolutely no one greeted me, nor my sister or mom. We decided to browse through the dresses, waiting for assistance. Finally someone came over where we were browsing, but she only said "hi", then quickly went to the other side of the store. Needless to say, we left soon after. If you are looking for great customer service, this is not the place. The staff is rude, and have no customer service skills at all. On a positive note, the dresses weren't bad. However, due to the lack of customer service from the staff, I couldn't imagine spending one penny in that store.

AWESOME! I looked and looked and looked at bridal shops for "the dress". Finally, I came across Jingles Bridal-and I knew right away that this bridal botique was different than the others I have visited. They were super friendly, did not rush me AT ALL, answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect wedding dress. It was exactly as I had imagined my wedding dress experience should be. Their prices were very reasonable for the dress selection they carry. They knew their dress lines-the way they should fit and be ordred properly for best performance!I was literally breathing a sign of releif when I left there on my first visit-and ordred my dress on the second visit. Thank you so much!!! :-)
