Description

Jing Mo Tong Athletic Association 精武堂

Hello. Proudly presenting our organization and team, Jing Mo Tong. We are new and young looking to share Chinese culture through lion dance and martial arts. Here at Jing Mo Tong, these experiences are free.

Our members have been active practices of lion dance for the last almost 20 years. Our oldest members bring traditional
Lion dance knowledge to the team, as taught to them by Dr. Gary Yuen. Our roots lie in Choy Lay Fut style lion dancing, but over the years we have added some newer influences as well. All our coaches have many years experience training and performing right here in Lincoln. These generous volunteers teach all our students lion dance and martial arts for no tuition fees.

Our lion dance team is available to perform for all sorts of occasions to include business openings, business annual events, weddings birthdays, martial art events, or just about anything that you can think of that can use some good luck. We ask a donation for all performances which is negotiable on a case by case basis.

Our deepest heartfelt condolences to our friends and family at TCT. It was an honor to have met their Sifu and to be able to play music with him. Truly the Drum King of Texas, he was an inspiration to our team. 一路好走師傅 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
