  Ordered a 16, had it delivered to my work. And they delivered some crap with tuna and cucumbers. Absolutely disgusting. Will not use this jimmy johns again.

  Always delicious and fast! Great people who work there! Especially Delaney and Danielle....They kindly brought samples to my work, great young ladies brightened the day in my office a couple weeks ago!

  Service was fast, however, ingredients were spoiled! I ordered my sub in the store, and when I got home to my apartment in Milwaukee, I noticed the lettuce was rotten and brown. I submitted a complaint to their office - and of course, no one responded back. TERRIBLE customer service.

  I simply asked that half a sandwich I ordered didn't have lettuce and tomato on it so my kids could share and they refused, it was ridiculous. I was barely able to get them to commit to cutting it in half for me. So instead I got a cheaper sandwich without the veggies and they actually lost money because of it. Not good customer service at all, can't think out if the box even a little bit.
