  Poor customer service. Slow to deliver. Call PJ's or JB's instead. Heck even Phil's has subs. Go with someone else who will not be rude to you...

  What a terrible experience. We paid for double meat on our tuna sub. It was less than a regular. We also purchased a #12 which included avocado. When looking at the sub and pulling it apart, there did not appear to be any on it. We asked the workers for some and were rudely told that it was between the cheese. The amount was so scant that it couldn't be seen or tasted. The service was terrible, the tables were dirty and the food was something to be desired. I could understand if the place was busy, however we were the only ones in the restaurant. We have visited many Jimmy John's restaurants and have never had such a bad experience. This location needs an overhaul.
  
  Also, there are no changing tables for babies. Very frustrating for a newer establishment.

  Great food... when it’s done right. My last several delivery orders have been wrong. I pay extra to add things like bacon or guacamole, but they fail to put it on the sandwiches. Twice times I’ve had to call and let them know, to which they’ve either replaced the order or told me i could have my next order free. The instance they replaced the order, they gave me the entirely wrong sandwich. The instance they promised to give my next order free, the manager wouldn’t redeem it when I tried to use it. I’m less than a half mile from the store, and it usually takes about an hour to deliver my food. Very disappointed with the lack of consistency and care for customer satisfaction.

  Another middling sub shop. I do not buy into the whole "Cult of Jimmy Johns". The food quality is ok, and the prices seem high to me for what you get. This location in particular always seems to be staffed by a younger crowd, don't think I've ever made it out without witnessing at least one eye roll, two shrugs, and a healthy dose of apathy.
