  Want your sub Freaky Fast? Order your sandwich from a neighboring JJ's and have it delivered here...you'll get it faster than ordering in-store here. Seriously, this store seems to have a consistently under-trained sandwich line. Add to this that the credit card terminals have been improperly configured for over a year now and supposedly can't accept anything but a swipe, despite having EMV chip and NFC capabilities seemingly turned on.
  Bottom line, this store is poorly managed, and has been for some time.
  And no, this review is not the first place I went to air my grievances. Both of the non-public channels I tried first might have well been as effective as writing suggestions in Russian, putting them in a leaky bottle and throwing them down a well. Really, it's time for a corporate intervention here, guys.

  Just tried to call in for delivery, and was told that they couldn't deliver to the best Western right down the road. Girl on phone was rude. Jimmy johns has lost my business for good.

  It makes me mad that they don't deliver to my house, which is 3 blocks away from my home. Otherwise they have great quality food at a reasonable cost.

  Tried to order a sandwich from the Mequon road store. Was told (by them) they were too drunk. I need to have the JJ on county line road deliver. The giggling was obnoxious too.

  Fantastic customer service! I was splattered against the wall in another universe when I was handed the most beautiful sub I have ever laid my wiggling eyes upon. They gave me my sub before I paid for the order! The gentleman that were working were outstanding workers and provided a delightful experience. 11/10 will go again!

  Good product...BUT delivery is terrible. Always late. We just had a delivery for 11 Box Lunches and they were over 30 minutes late. We called the location twice and were told the order left 30 minutes ago...not true. Driver had just left location and we were his first delivery. Not sure we would use them again especially if order is being delivered.

  I have had mixed experiences. They generally seem slower than their "freaky fast" motto. Tonight they sent the wrong sandwich. They seemed confused when I called to complain and ask for the sandwich I ordered. Upon the second delivery, I found it strange that they wanted the incorrect sandwich back. I had taken a bite of the original (to see if it would work for me) so their was only half left. The driver seemed bothered by this.

  love the subs! they are always fresh and the bread is always soft but even when ordering from less than 5 minutes away it takes them almost 20 minutes. A few times when school got out i ordered from them and they said it would be over a half an hour until it would arrive. Need to have a faster delivery time
