  I work near by and frequent this Jimmy John's for lunch. The service is never good and the employees are not very friendly. I think twice before going here over the other food places near by like Noodles, Qdoba, or Benji's!

  Hands down the worst service I have EVER had at a Jimmy Johns. The guy taking my order was rude from the moment I waked in. Cut me off when I was trying to order didn't give me a receipt or even ask if I wanted one. When my order was up they forgot to give me my pickle and when I asked for it the kid rolled his eyes, and grabbed a pickle and wrapped it and threw it on the counter. When I asked for a bag he looked at me and pointed at a pile of bags and looked away. Apparently this is a bag your own establishment. When I got back to my office I opened my tuna sub, which was suppose to be the larger one. It had one scoup on top a a bunch of lettuce. I order this sandwich all the time and know how it is suppose to look, this had maybe a tablespoon of tuna on it. The people who were working today 9/18/17 at 1:30 deserve to lose their jobs. I didn't bother going back to complain about my order because they clearly do not care. If I were the owners I would reconsider the people in this location. I know I will never return until I hear that the staff is different. I will also be contacting someone higher than the manager.

  Garbage service, wasn't greeted until the one girl noticed me staring at her... about 8 seconds, I should've just gone to mequon. Idk why this area keeps hiring ghetto black people...

  Placed an order on Nov 9th 2016. I'm used to Jimmy Johns being very quick. However it took close to an hour for the order as follows
  Three turkey subs one regular, one with only lettuce and mayo, and one only mayo(the person taking the order said I'll just put a mayo packet in the bag for the last one) I said um OK. I am a single mom with two boys so we cannot eat very late. Not only did it take forever to get three subs from maybe 3 miles away.
  The three subs came and were as hard as baseball bats and all 3 only turkey. No mayo in the bag. NOTHING!!!! With maybe three pieces of turkey on them. I called a young lady took my info it was to late to re deliver my kids were hungry. I told her they could have the subs back n she said "no we will just replace it when u call in again. " she had my info and I figured OK well better luck next time.
  I called today for them to rectify the order. I explained my story to the man who answered the phone with no name and then was told u need to talk to the manager. I was on hold about 5minutes and I heard a guy get on the phone and said "manager speaking"!
  I AGAIN had to explain only to he told that there was nothing he could do is have to call downtown he didn't know what they were doing n the last three mos of the year r busy for them. I said OK well I paid for three subs that were not touched n even tipped the driver now because of your employees mishap or w.e the issue is I'm out the $, and also made to do work that to me is their job. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD SUCH DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I will report this to the downtown office but I am certain that if that store continues to operate in this manner they'll be closed. No customers no money no jobs. Just despicable. I am extremely sorry I ever ordered from there. The manager Justin has no customer service skills whatsoever. As a manager of a 60+ bed nursing unit I couldn't imagine any of my Co workers acting or abandoning customer service in such a way.
