Jim the Handyman has done four recent jobs for me. They hung a new dining room light; painted and installed new fixtures in my powder room; cleaned my dryer vent and installed a new outdoor vent guard; and painted and installed new hardware on my front door. Their work has been great, their office staff has been very responsive, and their prices are fair. Very pleased and will use them again.

Let me be clear - SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Leo was on time, neat, efficient, and thoroughly professional. Would recommend "Jim the Handyman" and Leo to anyone. Will definitely use them in the future.

Horrible customer service. Had to call multiple times to get an appointment scheduled for an estimate. No response and lack of coordination internally. Not sure about their quality of service, but definitely not a good first impression if they can’t get appointments scheduled or have the decency to call back.
