    Went to Jiffy on a whim and service was fast and friendly, plus I was given a
    a discount due to the Hurricane Irma evacuation I was a part of. Much appreciation to the JL Team!

    3.7 is my actual score for this JiffyLube the staff was nice waiting room was decent size. The service was quick once they started on my car.

    The gentleman that originally approach my vehicle was very nice and helpful, but ended up asking me two different times for my phone number, which I feel is very unprofessional after I said no the first time. There's a lady at the desk that literally looked like she was strung out on drugs at that very moment. She had a nasty attitude and was absent the entire time. I ended up waiting an hour just for them to tell me that they couldn't do the oil change because they don't have a certain tool they needed, which they told me multiple times prior that "it was on the way". Employees seem to have no type of structure or manager to regulate things. They just do as they please. You could hear them outside cursing to one another. I went to the Washington rd location and they were able to get me taken care of in 15 minutes.

    When they did my oil change had a leak after ,and had go back. Then later on needed oil again its hadn't even being a month out

    Went for an oil change and they found i needed a new air filter and my air intake tube was torn. They charged me for both items to be replaced... My check engine light went on soon as I left the shop, returned and they temporarily fixed the issue. So I took it to a real mechanic and sure enough they found I had a factory setting filter from GM, and a torn air intake tube with electrical tape covering the hole. Never got a new air filter from them. Idk where they finds these employees but from the looks of them, they look very unprofessional, especially the guy with the tear drop tattoo and wouldn't even recommend their service to my enemies. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

    The staff was nice but had no clue what they were talking about. They recommend that you get work done on your car based off the recommended factory maintenance. They don't even look at your car to see if that work is actually necessary. They dont do everything that is advertised probably because they don't expect you to notice it. They didn't clean my windows or vacuum the inside. I was told my brake fluid was low so I checked it myself. The fluid was just below the max line.

    On November 18. 2014 I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a simple (or so I thought) tire check because I was running low on the back left driver tire. To my surprise the next morning, I woke up to two tires missing the caps on the passenger side tires and on top of that a flat tire on the passenger front tire. I called the store to ask about my caps and received a response from a "manager named Ricky, that "maybe I just ran over a nail. He did not explain the missing parts and offered no help to fix the situation. Now this morning I am stranded at my home all because of a "simple" tire check.

    I went to do my Toyota Camry 55K mile service. Mostly oil change and tire rotation. They first told me I have only two cars in front of me and it will take 20 minutes, Which turn out to be 35 minutes before they pull my car in. Then they told me all options to take my money not bothering what the Toyota recommendation says. Then he told me I have to do my filter change, when i said Toyota recommends it to be changed on 60K mile service not in 55K service he started arguing. Then after the service it cost me almost the same i used to pay in Toyota dealership so clearly it is not less expensive. At the end the technician told me that they did not top my break oil level as they do not do that and told me to go to Toyota dealership check it ... and he was not at all apologetic. Then I went to Milton Ruben and they looked at the break and told me that Rotors are too think and need to be replaced, Its good that I have checked those and fixed.I will never recommend anybody to go there as there staff [as well as their Manager] sucks and the cost wise no saving and wait time is more then they promise and after doing the service your car may not be safe as you will expect.
