Great place to tire the kids at. I was watching all 6 of my grandchildren.
Needless to say, all but 2 fell asleep on the home.

A great place for the kids to run around and get some energy out especially during the colder seasons. Big Lounge area for the adults with televisions is nice. Only downside is it's a little hard to find.

Major disappointment for toddlers. There is a toddler area that is just a big fenced off area with a few squishy blocks. One infatable that is toddler appropriate and it is difficult for a little one to climb on. Parent can't go with them or they weigh it down. Great place for school age. Just don't make my mistake and pay to play for 20 minutes with a 1 1/2 year old. Workers are teens that just stare at their phones except one young man who walked around. Catch Air is 1000000x better!

I bring grandkids and daycare kids here to play. I was very disappointed this visit. Costed $31.50 today for 3 kids and myself. Came in to no clean tables. Grandson said the boys bathroom had no tp. Ordered pizza, which is $14. for just cheese, coffee, which the manager made a big deal out of putting her very own cream in because they were all out and 3 powerades. $25. For food and drinks. Watched the manager roll her eyes at a little boy asking for ketchup. Never saw anyone come out to clean tables. Kids still had fun. I was disappointed.

Well taken care of, bathrooms clean, staff helpful, cheaper and less crowded than catch air.
catch air has more stuff, but always so crowded and loud.

They closed early but it wasn't posted anywhere. They still charged us full price for 2 kids under 5 for 20 minutes but Told us it would be for an hour! We emailed the manager who never even contacted us back! Don't waste your money unless you're SURE you'll get your full time!

Cleanliness is better than Crazy Bounce, and value for dollar of PLAY TIME is great. Howeverit ends there. I have repeatedly seen staff do nothing but walk around like zombies playing on their phones. Much different than in previous years where safety was valued/surveyed and they walked around with spray bottles to clean. Staff can not do basic math, does not even know sales tax and can't make change without a calculator. I understand internet goes down and you are out of your usual protocolbut simple math shouldn't have you waiting at a food counter for 15+ minutes. And then the food had to be thrown out because it was so hard and not edible. Management is responsivebut too much needs to change and she fighting an uphill battle. Staff (not management) was beyond rude, unhelpful and could visibly care less about what they were doing. Much needs to be reassessed! I hope they turn it around, it used to be a great place. If it doesI will change my review.

Lots of bounce houses and fun for kids.
Clean and well laid out area.

Not giving a 5 star because of the overwhelming amount of totally unsupervised toddlers/young children. Slapping, pushing and running over other kids. Despite every bounce house clearly being tagged 'only enter with adult supervision'

These children knew that their parents weren't watching them at all so they acted like rules & common decency didn't apply to them.
I couldn't even begin to guess where 90% of these kids parents were.

We'll only go on weekdays now when it's less chaotic so our son can have fun without getting pummeled by unattended kids.

This was the perfect spot for a cold afternoon with my 6 year old! They have a wide range of inflatables and a regular play area with slides and such. There was a baby area and toddler area as well, making it great for families with different age groups! There was also a birthday party going on and it seemed everyone involved was having a great experience!! Will definitely visit again, especially since we spent a lot less then going to other indoor kids activities.
