The staff that takes appointments is terrible they dnt care about the patient and if u have a problem they don't try to help .. at the front desk I told them I had no blood pressure med for that day cause a mistake the nurse cancelled my refills and they said I had to wait until 3 pm with high blood pressure to get seen or go to the er for a prescription .. good doctor horrible staff ..

Terribly understaffed. They take on too much business and can't get to their patients in any sort of timely manner. Avoid this place if at all possible. Tallahassee has plenty of doctors who wil fit you into their schedule and who will listen to your situation

The staff is incompetent and extremely rude! I can not express enough how much I would implore anyone to not take yourself or a family member here. They need to be audited b/c their practices in billing and "losing" results and having to re-do tests, is laughable! I hope the insurance companies catch on soon!!

If I could give less stars, I would. Nothing but problems. Staff is non-responsive to patient needs. Ignored medication refill requests. Failed to provide referrals as requested. PA refused to speak to me on the phone about the status of my minor daughter's tests while my daughter was in their office for an appointment and my daughter had given clearance to speak with me about the situation. Office manager inferred that I was not being truthful about a failure of the PA to provide information during a prior conversation forcing a new office visit for a referral that is holding up treatment of my daughter by another facility. Office manager refused to inquire as to why I was not given the information that a referral was needed after reviewing my daughter's tests.
