Always good but it seemed to have less meat than the one I'm use to going to. I could be wrong but I will let you know next time I go.

This place is so much better than Subways. The meat is so much better than any other sub shop I have ever eaten at.

Food tasted great but 20+$ after a 10% disc. And a 2$ off coupon. Just to pricy for this family

We love Jersey Mike's. When we moved to Arizona we were very disappointed they did not have any. Well I guess they herad us whining and opened one up in Tuscon. We are now back in TN and the first place we went in Cookeville was here. And we were not disappointed.

I wish I had taken a picture of the way my Reuben was handed to me. I asked for the sauerkraut on the side. They wrapped my sandwich up with a mound of sauerkraut on the outside of the bun. When I open it the bun was soggy. I asked for the sandwich to be put in a new bun. They hand me a bun, don't offer to remake it or put it on the bun for me. So I'm sitting here trying to transfer all of the inside of my sandwich to a new bun with my damn hands. They didn't put anything on my new bun. I threw the sandwich away. Never again with this place get my money. Save yourself the disappointment don't come here.

-- The following is my response to the Owners reply to my original review.

The owner or manager, whomever the red-haired man is at your store that delt with my issue watched me throw away my sandwich and made eye contact with me several times as I sat there with my husband while he ate his sandwich, his sandwich was good btw. I ended up going up to the counter and asking for a refund, the manager told me that I can't get my money back without the sandwich in hand.. keep in mind he WATCHED me throw away my sandwich, I told him that I would be more than happy to dig it out of the trash, the manager then proceeded to try to excuse the way things were handled by putting some blame on my husband in regards to how the sandwich was ordered. REALLY?! The manager ended up refunding me and offering a free sub. Guess the situation has been taken care of. Thanks.

The subs were only fair, but they were overpriced. I've visited this place three or four times since they came to Cookeville and the staff has been indifferent every time. Not rude, but indifferent. Every staff member I have met seemed like I had interrupted the preparation of their suicide note.

The food quality is good, however the quantity of meats on each sandwich is a little on the light side. But they are made fresh in front of you. I felt the prices were a little on the high side for what you are getting.

I have daughters with food allergies. They can go here and ask workers to put on fresh gloves and get a sandwich in a to go box without the bread. They are very good about it. Also no problem bringing in their own drinks if they want to stay and eat. Food is good also.

It was AMAZING!! My first time there and they were so polite. I couldn't decide on what to order so he made a sample for me to taste. By far the best sub place I have ever been to. Keep up the amazing job!!!!!

love the subs, but now that the meat is starting to disappear, so will I, It's sad, you would think for a sub that small and that expensive it would have more than 3 or 4 paper thin pieces of turkey.
