If you're renting from Jerry's car rental and taking the ferry go to the hotel first and have them pick you up there. They told tell you that at the time of pick up only the driver is taken to the office to get the vehicle and has to come back to the ferry and get the rest of the family or partner. Getting to the island from the ferry is an ordeal and then realizing you have to wait there longer in the heat will cause stress to the beginning of the vacation , have the family cool down and unpack at their rooms while you handle the logistics. And trying to leave and enter the ferry section during that time is a nightmare, so you only want to experience it once not twice when you have to pick up an angry party. Carlos car rental has a van so they were able to take the whole family, avoid Jerrys

Jerry was absolutely amazing!!! Unfortunately they were sold out of rentals when we landed in Culebra but Jerry gave us amazing tips, mapped the island out for us and helped us get a cart with another company. Next time we go back we will definitely make plans in advance to rent from them! Jerry's is the best!

Great service. Brand new jeeps. Jerry's is the best. I do wish they had a choice of jeeps though.with older jeeps being less expensive. I certainly would have been fine with an older, "island" jeep.
