  It was absolutely wonderful working with Jennifer! She was always available to speak with us as well as tour homes (we toured over 25), and she made us feel comfortable asking as many questions as we wished. We just purchased our first home, and Jennifer walked us through that entire process and helped us have fewer headaches than we definitely would have had without her guidance. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough! Thanks for everything!

  Jennifer was absolutely central to making my real-estate transaction succeed - when it was faced with a project-killing problem. Completely on her own initiative, she proposed a solution, found and identified the people, reached out to them, and made a perfectly reasonable offer that SAVED MY ENTIRE PROJECT. Thank you Jennifer, 1000%, you created out of thin air a solution that will allow me to move forwards with my dream.

  Jen helped my family buy and sell our first house, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Her communication is always timely, and she went out of her way on several occasions to help us through the process. If we weren't leaving the area, we would absolutely use her services to buy our next house.

  I recently bought my first home, and Jennifer was my realtor. I started working with her approximately two years ago, and in those two years, we made about five offers on different homes in Santa Cruz and Monterey County. She was always open to questions and quick to respond to any of my inquiries. Not sure why, but either my dad (the person I leaned on to help me determine if the home was worth the investment) or I were always traveling when I was interested in making an offer on a home – she worked around that no problem! Thank you, Jennifer, for helping me make my dream come true!

  The biggest mistake one can make when buying a house is to choose a bad real estate agent.
  Picking the best one is crucial to make sure you don't get any troubles down the road. It's not a joke.
  That's why we've talked with dozens of licensed realtors working in the Santa-Cruz area and carefully picked Jennifer Gilberg to help us purchase our first home.
  Once we met her it was a no brainer, here's why:
  - She treated our goals as her highest priority, paying attention to every detail.
  - She speaks the language of real estate business. Just a fancy way of saying that she knows how to close. This is a huge one. You have to have an agent who knows how to get it across the finish line.
  - We had 0 communication barriers, no confusion at all. Very reliable person with outstanding attitude.
  - As a first time home buyers we were overwhelmed by the amount of information we had to digest. She explained everything! Whenever I had a question she was always there to jump in and explain everything to me even on Sunday evening.
  - She is well known and respected in the industry and the area and always stays informed about new upcoming houses and great deals.
