Dr Weiser is very thorough and open to listening to any and all you can tell him about yourself; this helps him to plan an appropriate approach to your condition.

I been Dr. Weiss for 3 yeasrs. But I’m give up on hem is very rude. He’s never pout. Enough attention and my complains. I had sibo Symptoms several years after two years complaining he decides send me to a test the test come up positive his give very expensive antibiotic. But my shirt didn’t cover that the pharmacy called his office. And I told them But she’s never answered back to offer anything So I paid off of pockets $800 medication after I go back to him I respect he’s gonna put ll me in a special diet or send me to Someone can help me more. But his looks I’m my face and say nothing else I can do for you. You need a psychological treatments. and I don’t What he should be done send me too a good nutritionist And good food allergy test So that why I’m thinking is is super wrong Because the first thing his should offer somebody with Sibo My problem is in my intestinal not in my mind my note for hem is -0 his should care more. Video doctors appointment, scheduled for 2:30pm started at 3:10pm, was not able to visually see the doctor, but, could hear him ok. Discussed the need to have medical records transferred, medication prescribed that did and didn’t work for bubble gut, gas and bloating. Still waiting on test results for over active bacteria in gut. All in all the video visit went well, very accommodating process.

Everything went very smooth. No complaints. Every process was explained to me. The nurses and other supporting staff all introduced themselves and allowed me to ask questions. This is comforting because I was nervous about the procedures. The nurse who brought me the heated blanket was so kind to me. The nurse who took care of me before and after the procedures was professional and efficient. Dr. Weiser took the time to go over the process and my health history. He may have been busy but he took the time to make sure I understand everything.

Just had my 3rd Colonoscopy with CTGI at Day Kimball Hospital over approximitely a 14 year priod.
Starting with administration, phone calls to & from CTGI, receiving instruction package in mail to physical checkin and being admitted for the procedure, Dr. Weiser, anesthesiologist, nurses and all staff were professional, friendly, personal and courteous from beginning, throughout and post procedure on to checkout. It was very nice to receive a phonecall the following day to check on my recovery or ask if there were any issue's or problems. Also received verbal explanation of findings and testing during procedure at wakeup from Dr. Weiser and a hard copy at checkout. Another positive note; received test results via MyChartsPlus with an email prompt the very next day after the procedure. Thank you to all at CTGI!
