Only good thing about this mall is the Chinese place lol "sample sample". And I'm really disappointed that during the holiday you don't open earlier on Sunday. Throughout the week its 8am and 7am on Saturday. Some people like myself can only shop in the mornings and/or on weekends. Hopefully you change this as your mall is already losing revenue and its reputation, and needs all the business it can get.

Santa was so Amazing!! Gene is a 93 year old WWII veteran who just lost his wife. I'm his caregiver trying to keep him busy with the happiness of Christmas Santa was so sweet!!! he was heartbroken when he told him of the loss of his wife..Santa's kindness made him smile and remember the joy of the season!! The only reason I give this a 4 is high picture prices!!!! stop overcharging for a picture!! We know it can be cheeper!! or we can DIY..your cheating families out of memoriesat Christmas!! shame.

It's OK but it's the only mall around. The better mall is St Mathews over 30 minutes away. This mall is good for walking the calories off and some good shopping. I have been to some great malls and this is just OK. It would be great if there was a restaurant with a bar in it attached to this mall. Instead there's O Charlies but across the parking lot. Food court is good for this size mall.

Very much enjoy going to this mall because it is kid-friendly. They have a nice sized play area for my toddler and quite a few candy machines and other electric toys for him to entertain himself in between the shopping that I do there. And their food court has food for him and food for me.

It's not what it use to be 30 year's ago. Lot of good memories of the place. Sad to see it's getting little run down looking. Needs some fast food or something else.

Mall was fine, fitting room attendant at Marshall's cannot count.

Ifs security and loss prevention was the reason behind the count, the attendant failed. I clearly had four items and she held up the line frisking my clothes. Yet she still gave me the wrong number. She had one job, hand me the number that she counted. Perhaps if she was please take, or just cordial, I would have just ignored the human error.

However, she was not. Customer service should either be accurate, or enjoyable. It was neither

Not much going on here anymore. There are a few spots in the mall that are empty or have been swapped out for a knockoff lookalike of a chain brand. The stores that are still here are well kept however. Also, only Starbucks for a few miles so that's a big drawing point for me. They also do kid photos for nearly every holiday.

I gave them a 3 star because of the good priced Chinese food(lots, too)& prices in the stores not too bad. The service (in the shops) was a different story, they take your money and barely say thank you-if at all, and some of the shoppers were rude as well. I was ready to leave when a security guard told a gentleman-just sitting, he had to move along! He told him he was waiting for someone, and the guard told him he still had to move!! I believe it's insulting rudeness like this that provoke some people to come back and take revenge on everyone in sight! The man was neatly dressed and not bothering anyone, he was also a Black man, the guard was not. If that had something to do with his motive I don't know. The gentleman moved without incident. I was offended for him. At my home state Ohio, people ( All) hang at the malls,without being hassled, as it should be. I won't return there for anything!

Mortenson Family Dental is the BEST dental office in Louisville. It's worth the Drive to Jefferson Mall. The staff is top notch!!

Great variety of stores. Kinda expensive but they have great sales throughout the mall. Pretty much everything you need or want you can find here.

Honestly this mall has taken a huge turn. It's starting to really progress and be really nice. Great place for a bite to eat when people can't decide on one thing. Lots of shops that are generally filled with polite and helpful staff. Lots of trendy places to buy from.
