Jeff Ramos gave us a quote to repair the non-working entry stairs on our 1996 Class A camper. You can imagine that when working on an RV that old you can run into issues finding the parts. Jeff was able to complete the work in a timely manner to the exact price of his quote. I highly recommended Jefes RV (repair) Services.

Had a really good experience with Jeff and his team. I bought a used camper from a dealership and it turned out there was undisclosed water damage. Jeff helped me understand the issue and what it was going to take to fix it. He is very easy to work with, fair and honest. I would choose Jeff as my go to guy for anything RV related again.

After having some less than adequate dealer service experience I found Jefe's and Jeff to do some hub and slide work on my 5th wheel. I easily made my appointment online and was greeted by Jeff when I pulled into his facility right away. Went through my concerns and requested to have work done sooner than Jeff's back log was permitting, but I had a hub problem that I did not want to travel on. I knew this when I made the appointment, but Jeff took care of me and completed ahead of time. I was able to keep my camping reservations. While servicing the hub, he found the brake casting the held the caliper on was cracked. He called right away and explained the issue and was upfront on costs. Several months later I had a slide issue when setting up at a campground on the Friday before labor day weekend. I took a shot and called Jeff. He answered and walked me through some things to look for and how the hydraulic slides worked. With his help I was able to find the problem. It was a nut that fell off of the hydraulic ram sometime during my travels. A trip to the hardware store and it was fixed. Jefe's and Jeff will be my "go-to" service guy from now on.

Our roof repair was delivered exactly on time as promised (amazing in the current state of things) and done well. I work in the insurance business and there are so many shady repair facilities - but this isn't one! Sometimes things don't go perfect, RV's are built so poorly, but I am confident in our repairs that they are better than new. Thank you Jeff!

Service was on point and price was reasonable. I brought the RV to Jefe’s to have a couple of major things fixed and for an overall look over because we were selling them. The level of detail of every item repaired was second to none, and Jeff called ahead to ask for permission to proceed with certain repairs that were on the original estimate. Very professional and quality work. Definitely recommend.
