Horrible experience.

I came in person and sat down with her regarding the IRS letter I received and brought all of the forms she asked for. She told me she will work on it and I had called her and emailed her to follow up the following week and the next week. She didn’t respond to any of my emails and picked up my call and told me she would get it done on time and there’s nothing to worry.

Now the notice had lapsed and she did nothing. She said she was busy working at another company. How unprofessional. Don’t trust these guys to do your taxes. She’s unreliable.

My wife and I have been doing our taxes at JCP for years now and we will never go anywhere else. Paul is very honest and he is excellent at his craft. These guys are wonderful at thier trade and do amazing work. I have had the privilege to work with Paul, Judy and Rohit. They take thier time with each client and get the job done right at fair prices. I have worked with them for a few years in a row now. I never make plans to go else where. If your in the area take advantage of this team you would be hard pressed to find better.

I have been coming to see Paul for a few years now. They have amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable in preparing taxes, always educates me about new tax laws. Turn around is a few days. Cost for tax preparation is reasonable. They always have water and snack to offer. I will continue to return for years to come. Thank you guys for getting the job done! Much appreciated.

The worst tax experience I’ve ever had. Took 10 months to file my return. Tax preparer Rohit is very unorganized, lazy, & inconsiderate. He also states he’s going to complete a task and doesn’t complete it for months. I would not recommend this tax office to anyone. What a horrible and stressful experience. I still never received my return & now the new year tax season has begun.
